This morning Eric and I finished a full sprint triathlon in Provo. It was a lot of fun and I did much better than I thought I would (except for the swim). I finished in 1:32 and ran 7 min miles. I was pretty excited, that's the fasted mile I've ever ran in my life.

Congrats! I'm glad this one worked out better than the last one! You should find a tri in Texas and come down for it. Think about it. :)
That's awesome Kristina! When I first read it, I thought it said you ran TO Provo. I'm still really impressed! Are you guys going to run in the big Salt Lake one?
